Ariel Harlap is a community project instigator. He tries to listen deeply and openly share ideas while bridging across sectors. He has over 10 years of professional experience in project management and organizational strategy, and another 4 years in geosciences. Under his leadership, Techno Culture Club became a recognized innovator in community technology education for the public sector. Ariel has contributed to and co-organized various social movements in Montreal relating to participatory and active citizenship.
